Self-Love Journal Prompts
Today I feel as though many are in constant comparison of ourselves versus others. Women and men fighting to match this ideal image of beauty and a seed of dislike for ourselves begins to grow when we do not match that image. Even if this does not resonate with you, everyone should practice self love. Just like shadow work (see shadow work blog), some may not know where to begin with self-love or maybe you are looking for some new prompts. Either way, I have listed examples of some journal prompts below. Remember this is your journey, feel free to add and edit as you please.

What brings me happiness and joy?
Where do I feel safe and loved?

Who do I need more of in my life? Creativity, consistency in something, love?
How can I make myself more of a priority?
What are things that I do for self care? Do I need to make more time for self care?
How can I show myself more compassion?
What makes me a great friend?
When was a time when I felt confident in myself? How can I make myself feel that way more?
How has social media impacted my self-love? Does anything need to change? How?
Do I truly love myself?
What aspects of myself do I need to work on?
Who do I admire? What traits about them do I admire? Do I have those in myself ?
